it's a place for homeless families
who are willing to work toward change
and to break old patterns of behavior.
With the help of trained staff, the families create a goal plan
that is aimed at obtaining self-sufficiency
and moving into permanent, stable housing.
A Transitional Housing program

20 single-family units of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments with appliances and utilities furnished

Pre-applications are accepted at the ECHO Housing Corporation office at the location noted above.

No appointment is needed during regular business hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pre-applications are processed in the order received.

Acceptance into the program is contingent upon meeting all eligibility requirements and subject to approval by the ECHO Housing Committee Review Board
