Picture at last Destination Home CelebrationDestination: Home is a 10-year plan to end homelessness in our community by addressing both its root causes and effects. The program will also give an update of the work of Destination: Home and discuss what's ahead for 2012 and beyond.

TICKETS are $10 each, which includes lunch and the program. They are available at our 1100 Lincoln Avenue office. 428-3246.
