Julie McCarty, Senior Vice President & Director of
Old National University
Old
National Bank
Julie is the Senior Vice President and Director of Old National
University for Old National Bank. In her role she is responsible for
all internal training and development for the company including
leadership, sales, customer service, and procedure and systems
programs. She is also responsible for administering the Management
Succession Planning Program with executive leadership, as well as a
mentoring program for emerging leaders.
Julie has served as an adjunct faculty member for the University of
Southern Indiana’s Business
Department, and as a training consultant for various Tri-State
companies.
She is a Board member for Indiana University’s Kelley School of
Business “Business Education Network” and the “Kelley Partners
Leadership Development Program”. She is also a Certified trainer for
Development Dimensions International management programs and Leader
Effectiveness Training, as well as a certified Human Resource
Professional. Julie is past Chairwoman of the Indiana Banker's
Association Human Resource Committee and an editorial Advisor for the
Hoosier Banker magazine.
Julie is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Masters Degree in
Adult Education.

Mary
Hess, Associate Professor & Human Services Program

Tech Community College
Mary
has been employed at
Ivy
Tech Community College for over 22 years. Working in positions in
admissions, financial aid, assessment, advising, and as an associate
professor have prepared her to meet the variety of roles as a
Bridges Community Trainer.
In
her role at Ivy Tech, she is the Program Chair of the Human Services
program preparing graduates to continue their education in a school of
social work or to accept employment in agencies serving those in need.
She
holds a license as an Indiana Social Worker. She has a Bachelors Degree
in Psychology from the
University
of Southern Indiana and holds a Masters Degree in Community and Agency
Counseling from Western Kentucky University.
Mary
sits on the Board of Directors of the CJ’s Bus Foundation and TRI-CAP
(the Community Action Program serving Dubois, Pike and Warrick
counties.) In 2008, she served as Board Chair of both organizations.

Beth
Pace, Customer Liaison--Energy Assistance
Vectren Energy Delivery
Beth has been
with Vectren six years. Prior to accepting the Energy Assistance
Coordinator position, Beth began her career with Vectren in the Customer
Service Center. Her primary focus is low-income energy assistance
programs in
Ohio
and Indiana, including developing, implementing and training of current
and new procedures for Vectren’s fuel funds to internal and external
customers. Other duties include working with the agencies and state
representatives for
Ohio and
Indiana
with data reports relating to their respective programs.
Beth
has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oakland City
University and Certificate in Management from
University of
Southern Indiana.
