As the result of a two-year collaborative effort involving over 200 individuals,

Destination: Home--a Ten-Year Journey to End Homelessness in Evansville and Vanderburgh County

establishes the parameters for ending homelessness in our community by addressing both the root causes and the effects of homelessness.

Like over 325 communities, counties, and states across the nation, we have sought to identify core issues and develop strategies to address them.
